Snowfox Boutique

Snowfox boutique is a winter boutique full of a unique range of winter clothing and accessories, designer skiwear and ski accessories, alpine inspired homewares, alpine jewellery and snow toys.   We love winter, snow, snowflakes, skiing, après-ski, mountains and mountain lifestyle!  We love the culture, history, heritage and lifestyle of ski resorts and aim to bring together a mix of fun, function and fashion to honour the skiing lifestyle.

Snowfox is located in the village square of Mt Buller; a popular ski resort located north-east of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.  Snowfox has evolved over almost 50 years from the first boutique at Kooroora started in the 1970's by Judy and Ernest Forras.  In 1971 Judy and Ernest Forras began importing, wholesaling and retailing major international ski and skiwear brands including Bogner, Fusalp, Head and Dynamic.  The little boutique at Kooroora became the go-to destination for glamorous high-end international skiwear and a second Kooroora Boutique opened in Toorak.  The Kooroora hotel changed hands in the late 1980's and the Kooroora boutique shifted from high-end designer skiwear to equipment and ski-hire.  The designer fashion boutique at Kooroora reappeared in the mid 1990's under new owners as Niks and changed hands again in 2007.  The boutique was renamed Snowfox in 2009 and in 2013 moved next door to it's current home in the Buller Central Building.
