Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want all of our customers to be happy and so will happily work with you to sort out any problems or issues you have with your purchases.
- If you've purchased something and it doesn't fit properly or work with your body shape or if you just don't like it as much in the flesh as you did in the picture, then call 0419 526 344 or email email@example.com as soon as possible to let us know and we can look at alternatives.
- If you need an different size and it is in stock we will post out the new size (no extra charge for domestic orders) as soon as we have received the original piece in the same condition it was shipped in. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the original piece.
- Additional shipping will apply for international orders
- If we don't have the right size in stock you can either exchange the value for something else or request a full refund (less the cost of shipping) once the item/s have been returned in the same condition they were shipped in.
- Return shipping is at the expense of the customer unless the original product shipped was faulty, damaged or if an incorrect item or size was inadvertantly shipped.
- When we need to refund a purchase plus the cost of return shipping the cost of return shipping will be added to the total order amount and refuded together.
